Returning your order
We are happy to accept returns if you are unsatisfied with the color, thickness or length of your set.
If you ordered a multiple weft set: Please make sure not to break the hygiene seal. This is a prerequisite for returning your extensions.
If you ordered a single product (e.g. volumizer, braid, ponytail etc.): Please make sure the round card and tag are still attached to the extensions. You may take the hair out of the net, but the extensions can’t be worn, washed or styled.

Can’t figure out which color you need? Via www.zascha.nl/colorsample you can order small color samples to make sure you get the right color. We are also happy to help you out if you send us some photos of your hair!

You can find your order number in the confirmation email or you can send us a message with your name and we’ll be happy to look it up for you. Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Once we’ve received your package, it will be processed within a week.
Unfortunately, exchanging your extensions is not possible. You can, of course, place a new (second) order and return your first order. The original order will be refunded within a week.
Do you prefer to postage the package yourself? That’s possible too! Don’t forget to mention your order number with your return. The return address is:
