Shipping costs
Orders placed on business days before 16:00 and in stock, will in most cases be shipped that day.
Within the Netherlands, the shipment will be delivered by PostNL from Tuesday through Friday. Orders from Belgium take 1-3 business days.
When an item is out of stock, this will be mentioned on the product page. Shipping will be anywhere between 1 and 3 weeks.
We ship via PostNL (Netherlands). In most cases we send the extensions in a signed package. Once the order is sent, you will receive a mail with the track and trace link. This allows you to track your parcel. Should the delivery courier miss you, the package will either be delivered to your neighbors’ or it will be sent to your nearest PostNL point. Don’t forget to bring your identity card when picking up your parcel 😉
Shipping costs per country are:
- Netherlands: €4,95
- Belgium and Germany: €6,95
- The rest of Europe: €14,95
- Outside of Europe: €19,95
All orders within the Netherlands above €250 include FREE shipping.
If you wish to use a different shipping method or if you need your order before a certain date and it’s not in stock, please reach out to info@zascha.nl before placing your order.
