Extensions, YES! But what color?
You're finally daring to take the plunge. You've thought about it for a long time, hesitated, put it off, or maybe even saved up for it! But today, you're taking the first step towards your very own, brand new, hair extensions from Zascha Hair!
We, the Zascha Hair girls, completely understand that if you've never had hair extensions before, ordering them for the first time can be a big deal, especially since it's a significant investment. Fortunately, there are many ways to find out which color (and set) is right for you.
First and foremost, we are more than happy to help you find the perfect color! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Zascha hair extensions. We wouldn't settle for anything less!

For this, we need clear photos so we can accurately assess which color is your match. Preferably, we would like to receive 2 to 3 photos of your hair from different angles. Important: Our color advice is based on the photos you send. Do you think the photo doesn't match your actual hair color? Try to describe your hair color. Below are some tips for taking a good photo for advice:
What not to do:
Try to avoid direct sunlight or artificial light. This causes overexposure. The same applies to shadows, which cause underexposure, see example. Photos with filters also create a distorted image. Unfortunately, we cannot give appropriate advice based on such photos.

Don't worry about how you look in the photo. Only the Zascha team will see the photo, and we will not use it for anything else. If you send a photo, it is completely non-binding, and advice is always free.
What you should do.
We prefer photos taken in daylight. Make sure the person taking the photo never shoots against the light. It is also important for us to see your entire hair, from your crown to your ends. This is due to the color gradient. PLUS, this also helps us determine the desired amount of grams.

Make sure your hair is clean and dry. Oily or wet hair appears darker. Brush your hair well and wear it loose. Take photos from different angles so we can clearly see which set suits you best! Do you want to read up on our products in advance?
Color advice V-part & Ponytail
If you want to purchase a ponytail or V-part, it is important that we see a clear photo of the base of your hair. This is because you place both products over the top layer of your hair. Extra helpful for ponytail advice: A photo of your hair in a ponytail at the desired height!
Tips for finding the right product:
What is your hair type?
If you have thin or fine hair yourself, you need less hair to create a beautiful extension. The 30cm/100g, 40cm/120g, or 50cm/160g are often sufficient. Do you want the 60cm set and is your own hair shorter than 55cm? Then we always recommend going for the 250g. Because it is a considerable length, the fuller set looks more natural. The heavier the weight, the more you can feel it. For truly thin/fragile hair, it is best to go for a flip-in or a V-part. These products put the least strain on your own hair.
What model is your hair cut into?
Do you have layered hair? Lucky you! You'll need less hair to blend the extensions well. A good example:
You have thin/normal hair up to your chest. You would like to extend your hair to your lower rib. You have many layers, even at the back: then the 160 gram set is sufficient.
Of course, for an extra full effect, you can also choose the 220 gram set!
Do you have normal/full hair and a straight cut like the model below? Then we really recommend the 50cm set in 220 grams. This ensures a beautiful and natural transition between your own hair and the extensions.
Do you have a straight look/bob? This is very difficult to blend; your best chance is with a Flip-in combined with a V-part. It also helps to choose the shortest possible length for the most natural effect. Want to see all Zascha products at a glance? You can in this blog.

If you still have some doubts after the color advice, you can order samples. We send these samples in a way that they fit through your letterbox, so you don't have to be home to receive them. Of course, you can return the sample afterward. We will then refund the full amount of the sample to your account.

If you manage to place your order before 4:00 PM (on weekdays), your package will be handed over to PostNL the same day. In most cases, your order will be delivered to your home within 1 to 2 working days.
Order without a sample? Our hair is packaged so you can examine it. Trying it on is unfortunately not possible due to hygiene. Each set includes a weft loosely packaged. You can remove this from the packaging to check if the color, length, and quality are to your liking. If not (and the hygiene seal of the other packaging is still intact), returning it is no problem. Products with 1 weft/component do not have a loose weft. You may remove the hair from the net to assess it. To be eligible for return, the round tag must remain attached to the extensions.
