A full bun, in an instant.
The Zascha hair clip-in bun consists of 100% human hair, 4 clips, a drawstring, and lace. These are all the ingredients you need to create a beautiful, full, and most importantly, sturdy bun. The bun is well-suited for thin and/or short hair. Your own hair should be long enough to make a good ponytail or bun. If you have previously purchased Zascha Hair extensions, you will notice that the hairs of the bun feel a bit stiffer. Don't be alarmed by this; we have pre-treated the hair so that your bun is always prepped and ready to put up. With the bun, we provide 3 sturdy bobby pins free of charge, with which you can create a bun to your liking.
How do I put on the clip-in bun?
As with other extensions, it's important to have enough reinforcement at the base of your hair.
- Before making a bun with your own hair, at the desired spot, you can apply some volume powder or dry shampoo at the roots of your hair.
- Then, make a sturdy bun with your own hair, or a ponytail if your hair isn't long enough. It's best to use two elastic bands for even more security.
- Hook the first clip of the bun into your hair between your scalp and your elastic. If you have fuller hair, you can also hook in the other clips.
- Pull the cord tightly and slide in the other clips if necessary.
- Style or curl the bun as desired and pin it in place with bobby pins, or leave the bun's hair loose and wear it as a full ponytail (BONUS!!)
- Style the rest of your hair as desired, and spray hairspray if you like, and girl, you are ready to rumble!
Care for the clip-in Bun.
Because the hairs of the Clip-in bun are 100% human hair, you can treat it like your own hair. The more you wash and style it, the more its quality will decrease. Therefore, it is important to take good care of the bun. We recommend using a heat protectant before styling and curling. We are huge fans of the Dry Oil Mist. This is a heat protectant and hair care in one product. Don't use too much, as it can make the hair a bit slick, which can be difficult when putting it up. Curious how best to wash the bun? We have the bun in all colors of our assortment, including mixed colors. Super convenient, as this allows the bun to blend quickly and seamlessly with your own hair. Important when choosing the right color is that the bun matches the point where you want to attach it. If you primarily want to wear it high, then it's best to look at the color of your hair's roots.
